Technical Support and Customer Care services are all new at Elite Image. We have a  dynamic new team in place to provide you with quality and efficient service. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with each Elite Image cartridge.

 
Assesment For Quick Response
 
Our experienced Customer Care Represetantive and Technical Support specialists are available at any time to work with you to resolve issues over the phone. Our team will investigate the root cause of the situation so we can troubleshoot, identify the problem, and implement corrective action. This may involve some probing questions and collaborative issue resolution that can be aided with a simple questionnaire. 
 
Investigative Process
 
If the problem cannot be fully addressed over the phone, our team will begin the investigative process:
  • Customer returns cartridge to Quality Assurance and a replacement cartridge is sent, via an ARS label supplied by an Elite Image Customer Care specialist
  • Quality Assurance test the cartridge
  • The root cause of the issue is established
  • Corrective action is implented
  • Our customer technical support representative communicates the findings back to you
